Section 106
Establishment and Operation of Employee Welfare Fund
(1) For the welfare of the existing employees of the Legislature-Parliament service, retired persons and their family members, a welfare fund may be established as prescribed.
(2) The operation and management of the fund established in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
